Claiming Your Prize

If you are a prize winner (it looks like it matches your email address on the home page), you can contact us at support@jamfastguitar.com to claim your prize. Prizes will be mailed directly to your address within the following 5-7 days for USA prize winners, it may take longer if you are outside of the USA.

If you are outside the USA and we cannot ship to your address we may instead send you the equivalent amount of money as the prize value via Paypal or another method.

Make sure you contact us from the same email address you used to enter the contest (as shown in the winner's section on the home page > JamFastContest.com).
